After get some feedback from cilents, showjockey update new 8 universe artnet, which you just connect to next one, don't need any enthernet switch anymore, is more easy for connection, and use Key to set artnet ip, subnet, universe. Can you please let me know both devices name you're using and software? Seems for me 1 is DMX controller second equp is DMX USB controller and software, don't know.

Our this version decoder can work with only white color led strip, also can work with RGB led strip. Also can work with RGBW led strip ,each unit support 9 pixel of RGBW strip
